By downloading or using Bounded ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The App is developed and published by Wasl Apps LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Bounded is a country days tracker that helps you monitor the number of days you spend in different countries. The App is designed to assist with visa compliance and tax residency awareness. It operates entirely on your device with no server component.

The App is an informational tool only. It does not constitute legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. The information provided by the App should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice. Always consult with qualified professionals regarding visa requirements, tax obligations, and immigration matters.

While we strive to make the App as accurate as possible, we do not guarantee that the day counts, country detection, or travel history restoration from photo metadata will be perfectly accurate. GPS signals can be imprecise, especially near borders, and photo metadata may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your travel records.

All data generated by the App is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your data. You are solely responsible for backing up your device and any data associated with the App. Deleting the App will permanently remove all App data from your device.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — tracking your travel days across countries. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the property of Wasl Apps LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wasl Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, any losses resulting from inaccurate day counts, missed visa deadlines, or incorrect tax residency calculations.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
