Bounded is built by a small team that reads every message — support requests, feature ideas, and “this felt confusing” notes all land in the same inbox and genuinely shape the app.

  • In the appSettings → Support → Contact support opens a pre-addressed email.

What helps us help you fast

  • Your app version — shown at the bottom of the Settings tab (e.g. v1.8.0).
  • What you expected vs what happened — for counting questions, the counter name and the dates involved let us reproduce the math.
  • A screenshot of the screen in question, if it is visual.

Because your data stays on your device, we cannot look anything up on a server — the context you include is everything we have, and we would not want it any other way.

Billing questions

Purchases run through Apple, so refunds go via reportaproblem.apple.com — but email us anyway for anything billing-related; we can usually point you to the fastest path. See managing your subscription.
