How to export a travel report

Exporting

1. 1Go to Settings → Export data → Export…
2. 2Pick the period — all time, this year, last year, 6 months, last 365 days, or a custom range.
3. 3Pick the format — PDF report or CSV — and the detail level: Trip ranges (one row per stay) or Each day (a day-by-day log).
4. 4Tap Export and share or save the file from the iOS share sheet.

What the PDF contains

• Your home base and tracking goal, and the period covered.
• An at-a-glance summary — countries, border crossings, travel days — plus your top countries.
• The full record: trip ranges, or a day-by-day log where each date lists its countries and the source of the data — Photo, GPS, or Manual.

The source column matters for audits: it shows your record is built from evidence, not recollection. Combine it with the History calendar to close any gaps before exporting.
